CANCELLATION POLICY

Piel Perfecta Policies Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule your appointment, please use the appointment link included in your confirmation email or text. If you don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to text me, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis. While I understand that unexpected situations happen, last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 70% of the scheduled service total. Deposits are non-refundable. Studio Policies * Your appointment address will be texted to you the morning of your appointment. * Please text me when you arrive. I’ll come outside to greet you and bring you into the studio. * Please do not arrive early, as I may still be with another client. * To maintain a private and comfortable environment, only the scheduled client is permitted inside the studio unless prior approval has been given. * While I prefer that children not attend appointments, I understand that life happens. If you need to bring a child, please contact me in advance for approval. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete your service. No-Show Policy No-call/no-show appointments may be charged up to 70% of the scheduled service total. Repeat No-Shows * After 3 no-shows, future appointments will require 100% prepayment at the time of booking. * After 5 no-shows, booking privileges may be suspended.
